At the ALS Association, we are also seeing a substantial increase in LOI submissions across our funding mechanisms. Our Hoffman Clinical Trial Awards program which funds early-stage clinical trials saw a 94% increase and our Safenowitz Postdoctoral Fellowship grant program saw a 125% increase from the previous cycle. Both programs received a record number of LOIs and are currently undergoing the review process. It will be interesting to see if these upward trends continue.
