The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is seeking a highly motivated, creative and collaborative individual to join the Research Program team as Senior Manager, Program Administration.
The Program Administrator will work closely with Research Program directors in the development and implementation of a portfolio of initiative and program awards, in the administration of those awards, and in the administration of a portfolio of Annual Awards. Responsibilities include program announcements and RFAs, program metrics and reports, steering/review committee scheduling and meeting minutes, application and review, pre- and post-award grant administration, and scientific grants administration.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program administration including grant lifecycle logic and workflow; experience in medical nonprofit or academic setting a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or related field preferred; Master’s Degree in Tumor Biology a plus
- Master’s degree in Biology or related field preferred
- Expert competency in Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel, and Adobe, familiarity with databases and analytical software/AI software a plus
- Competency with grant lifecycle software; experience with ProposalCentral a plus
- Strong communications skills in both oral and written communication
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver quick turnaround in a high-energy environment that requires attention to detail and accuracy, discretion, flexibility, and a superior work ethic.
- Professional credibility, intellectual depth, maturity, sound judgment, and the ability to work with confidential information.
Salary range: $78,000 – $85,000
Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
