Dear HRA members,
Our Fall 2025 Members Meeting is in two short days! Here are the details for those attending the Members Meeting, sponsored by Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation, Alzheimer’s Association, BrightFocus Foundation, Burroughs Wellcome Fund, and the Donaghue Foundation
Dates: Wednesday, November 19 – Thursday, November 20
Location: American Society of Clinical Oncology offices (2318 Mill Rd #800, Alexandria, VA 22314 | [Link to Google Maps], 8th Floor)
Transit Information:
- Guest parking is available at ASCO HQ. Entrance is on the left side of the building on Grist Mill. Rates are charged per hour or per day upon exiting for $15.00/day.
- Eisenhower Metro (Yellow Line) or King Street Metro/Amtrak Station (Yellow/Blue Line) are accessible within a short walk or by taxi/rideshare
Online Participation:
- The meeting will be streamed online via Zoom. Registered Members received Zoom links via email. We will also send out the Zoom link to all registered members on Wednesday morning.
- We will be using Slido to facilitate Q&A during the meeting. Access Slido here, or join at slido.com with event #3655546.
- If you are planning on attending the Professional Development session, you can find the slides and handouts here ahead of the session.
Networking Receptions:
There will be one networking receptions associated with this HRA Members Meeting. We hope to see you there!
