The Grants Admin Community holds monthly webinars in an open mic-style format—unless there is a topic that lends itself to an invited expert speaker(s)—around one-to-three pre-planned topics of member interest based on common listserv questions and per member request to spark candid discussion. These webinars are not limited to the scheduled topics, and will unfold as the conversation flows, tackling common problems and potential solutions.
Topic: Project Changes and Contracting
Now that we’ve covered application and review processes at our recent open mics, we’re shifting the discussion to project changes and contracting. Bring your questions, experiences, and ideas as we talk through the following:

What documentation does your organization require from the grantee before the grant can begin?

What project-related changes (e.g. institution transfers, change in scope) does your institution allow after award funding notification but before the grant period starts? How do you handle these changes?

Does your organization allow concurrent funding? If so, how is this handled?
