HRA COVID Assessment Survey Questions
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations assessed the status/needs of their awardees in various ways (online surveys, focus groups, etc.) The Research Workforce and Early Career Development Working Group compiled a list of questions that members asked awardees or other researchers. These questions can be used by funders to assess needs/status of any researcher, regardless of career status. The working group cochairs posted this list to help those who have yet to assess status or needs of awardees, and for those who touched base early on and would like to reach out again.
In addition, several members shared the results of their surveys which are also included in this document. A meta-analysis of the results collected to date will be presented in a session at the Fall Members Meeting as part of a session devoted to discussing the impact of COVID-19.
