Hi all,

I recently took the HRA Bias Mitigation Training. One of the recommendations to avoid confirmation bias was to randomize the order of grants for a review panel, rather than reviewing in rank order. We are considering using this strategy in an upcoming grant panel and were wondering if anyone else has used this method to review grants? Do you know of any organizations currently running grant panels this way? Do you have any opinions or feedback on this method? Did you run into any pitfalls or stumbling blocks that we should be aware of? I would appreciate any thoughts or input you have on this? Thank you for your help!
